For any of you that aren't even sure of the history in this whole matter, this site can be very useful!  It is very complete and covers topics brought up by Bill 160.   Unfortunately, it has not been updated for a long time, and is somewhat lengthy.   However, it makes up for all these flaws with its thoroughness.
